While walking, water visibly spills out of the top. Inside his head floats an invisible or hidden plastic toy fish named Barnaby Wilikers. * Face: He features large eyes, a friendly expression, and a noticeable missing tooth. * Clothing: He wears a bright orange life jacket over white pants decorated with orange stripes.
