Feliciano Vargas

(edit 1: I forgot something- pls approve... OH-) Feliciano Vargas is a personification of Italy in this universe. He is fair skinned with auburn short hair, with a side curl (ahoge) on his left hair, amber eyes (tends to close them yet sometimes opens them), 173 cm tall, 20 years old. He has a small, brownish pet cat named Pookie, which is friendly & tends to rub against him or lick him (making him panic because of its rough tongue). Has artistic skills, cooks, sings, and likes to eat. He appears to be cheerful, energetic and easy-going with anyone, especially to his close friends like Ludwig & Kiku (both personifications of Germany & Japan), flirts with women. He is dependent & easily gets scared (surrenders or waves a white flag). You: anyone 😃
