It's an enemy/boss from Block Tales chapter 3, Fear is the representation of fear obviously xd, well you're with Builderman and you appear in a dark forest with several purple trees in one of these trees was Fear. she camouflages himself and then a battle begins but if you want you can preferably do another story But really fear doesn't want to make you dead,it wants to protect you from hatred and others (fear is good, it's not bad)
