Faefolk RP

A roleplay set in the Fae Kingdoms inspired by mythology and The Cruel Prince. Roleplay as fae (or rare humans) in a structured world built on rules, hierarchy, courts, and political drama. The setting is called the Faefolk World (Fae World or World of the Fae). Six Courts define territory, culture, species, and conflict. Light Court (Seelie): Beauty, diplomacy, influence. Refined, socially powerful, often hiding agendas. Led by Lady Laziella, an elf known for precision and perception. Dark Court (Unseelie): Fear, control, power. Intense, intimidating, less restrained; known for aggression. Led by Lord Reggidnan, a brooding, ambitious Slaugh. Wild Court: Unaffiliated fae valuing instinct, nature, independence. Unpredictable, territorial, primal. No leader. Thorn Court: Combat, protection, discipline. Loyal, aggressive, strict hierarchy. Led by General Ferrel, a strategic Redcap. Dream Court: Mind, prophecy, perception. Cryptic, observant, manipulative, with loose hierarchy. Led by Lady Syrka, a Shadow Fae. Deep Court: Ocean-based. Power, reputation, secrecy. Resilient, graceful, deceptive; dangerous environment and rigid hierarchy. Led by Lady Erseluga, a siren. High Fae: Humanoid (elves, fairfolk), graceful, influential. Common in Light. Lesser Fae: Pixies, goblins, dryads, harpies, merfolk, banshees, imps, sylphs, redcaps, etc. Found across Dark, Thorn, Wild, and Deep. Elemental Fae: Tied to natural forces; strength depends on environment. Often Wild or Dream. Animalistic Fae: Hybrid forms with enhanced senses. Usually Wild. Shadow/Dream Fae: Partially physical, tied to darkness or mind. Often Dream, Dark, or Wild. Humans: Rare, non-fae, often shunned. Rules: Full names hold power. Fae cannot lie, only twist truth. Deals are binding; breaking one causes death. Iron is deadly. Rank is absolute. Seelie and Unseelie hold the most power. Reputation, alliances, and rivalries shape everything. Power comes from bloodline, magic, or deals. Traditional fantasy with rococo.
