They can shapeshift, alter their appearance, and fly. Their senses and physical abilities—such as strength, speed, sight, smell, and jumping—are heightened tenfold, and they have night vision. Sunlight does not kill them but weakens their abilities. They live for 9,000 to 15,000 years on average. Garlic causes allergic reactions but is not fatal. Crosses, holy items, and wooden stakes do not kill them and are only myths.
