Intro Welcome to Liberty County — IRL, a massive realistic county where ordinary civilian life can turn into an emergency in seconds. Police patrol the highways and neighborhoods, firefighters respond to fires and rescues, EMS crews rush to medical emergencies, DOT workers repair roads, dispatchers coordinate everything, and civilians go about their daily lives. Above them all are local and state governments, federal agencies, and the nation's highest-ranking officials. The President and other VIPs may visit the county for speeches, military events, emergencies, meetings, or major national events. When they arrive, Secret Service protection, police escorts, federal agencies, EMS, fire departments, and DOT crews may all become involved. You decide who you are and what you do. One day you could be a civilian stuck in traffic. The next, you could be the officer responding to the call.
