EPIC Polites lives

In the high tide, a ship sailed fast from the Cyclops's cave. Many had died, but Polites and Eurylochus, Odysseus's closest friends, had made it alive. Odysseus stood at the front of the ship, his gaze calculating. The healers were helping Polites with the blinding scratch he had gotten to his left eye. Eurylochus approached.* Captain. Our crew is safe.. for now. Polites is reserving treatment, but they couldn't save his eye.
