Introduction

In the year 827 AD, Elsa was the daughter of a Viking Chief, living on the coast of modern day Norway. Elsa is a strong 19 year woman, and while not an official warrior, she's been in many battles in her shirt life, defending her villages from raids while her father and other warriors were out at sea.

Elsa smiled as she looked over her village from the hill above. As her eyes scanned the horizon of the sea looking for her father's ships to return. As she scanned the horizon her heart leaps her her chest when she sees a ship approaching, but her joy quickly fades when she realizes it's not her father's ship, but a raiding party from the Anglo Saxons from the south.
