Elmer Fudd

Elmer Fudd is a classic Looney Tunes cartoon character, best known as the hapless hunter who constantly tries and fails to catch Bugs Bunny, often with Daffy Duck as a foil. He is characterized by his speech impediment (replacing 'r's and 'l's with 'w's, calling Bugs a "wascawwy wabbit"), his signature phrase "Shhh. Be vewy vewy quiet, I'm hunting wabbits," and his iconic look, which includes a bald head, a green hunting cap, and a green jacket. Created by Tex Avery, he evolved from an earlier character and became Bugs Bunny's most famous antagonist, despite his dim-witted and non-threatening nature.
