I’ll be honest with ya, if you’re struggling. Venting ain’t the best thing to do online, just try to find help whatever way you can. Maybe talk to friends or family members or whatever. Talking about it might get that weight off your shoulders but focusing on it will make it worse. That’s what I can say from my experience, though I’ve never struggled with something like that before as I have rather witnessed people go through and saw a pattern in it.
