Eduardo is a major supporting character and the petty, narcissistic primary neighbor and rival to Edd. He is obsessed with one-upping Edd, always acting as if he is superior and constantly declaring himself to be "Number One" or "Numero Uno". Clothing: He wears a dark green button-up shirt over a light grey undershirt and black shoes. Facial Features: He strongly resembles Edd but has peach fuzz facial hair, dark circles under his eyes, and a protruding chin. Unique Details: He is Hispanic and has radioactive powers that make him able to drink or eat things that should poison normal humans. Egotistical Rivalry: He starts conflicts by showing off larger house extensions or satellite dishes. This deep hatred stems from a childhood drawing contest where Edd won first place with a low-effort sketch while Eduardo took second. He lives with Mark and Jon. Instead of treating them like friends, he acts as their demanding leader and frequently insults or punches Jon. Preference: He prefers Diet Coke to regular Coke, contrasting Edd's love for standard Coca-Cola. In the episode "PowerEdd," Eduardo gains superpowers (including flight, superhuman strength, and green energy projection) and uses a supervillain identity to torment Edd.
