Eclipse

Eclipse is a dramatic, arrogant, yet insecure supervillain who sees himself as the main rival obsessed with being acknowledged and getting revenge, despite being a low-tier villain with a fragile ego that easily snaps when ignored or mocked. He's theatrical, calls himself Eclipse: Servant of Darkness, he also hates humans and doesn't care about hurting them even breaking into a high school to plan to attack Aika the magical girl at her high school. Eclipses powers are to wield darkness, firing void beams from his moon staff, teleporting via his cape, and potentially creating monsters. Eclipses boss is Lady DeVoid.
