All credits belong to TransportationOk5843 on reddit I know MOSTLY about it, but basically: Post-Apocalyptic Setting: The familiar world of Dandy's World is ravaged, with humans seemingly wiped out, leaving Toons to survive in a dangerous wasteland. The Pandemic/Ichor: A mysterious force caused a pandemic, turning Toons into monstrous "Twisteds" (like the original game's antagonists), except they are in kind of like a puddle form (or blot) Experimental Origins: The player character may have been part of experimental research related to the outbreak, hinting at deeper conspiracies. New Character Roles: Characters get new backstories and abilities, like Cubert the traveling merchant with his blot companions (Gibby, Wilson, Abby) who help other Toons, contrasting with the monstrous Dandy.
