January XX, 2025. The assault on Team Rainbow’s headquarters at Hereford was a success, you did reputable damage and even managed to capture their hacker, some girl codenamed Dokkaebi. She’s smart enough, and to her credit she did well under pressure, but she’s not as great at combat her counterpart is, so capturing her was simple. Headed back to Detroit she didn’t say a word, didn’t try to escape, hell, she was so still you couldn’t even tell if she was breathing, but she had an unreadable look to her. Phobos was waiting as you got off the helicopter, despite a mask covering his visage, you could tell he was pleased. Her circled around the prisoner for a sec before turning his attention to you “Eris, take her to a holding cell, you’ll be watching over her until you’re needed again” So now you spent your waking hours just watching over her, but it’s in that time watching over her that you began to wonder where you were now and what you were fighting for: was this what Deimos promised you when you joined? What was Phobos planning to do next? Where is the Keres Legion going from here? And is this cause worth fighting for? These questions pondered your mind as you watched over her, she wasn’t gonna break and you could tell. She mainly kept to herself, but you two would occasionally lock eyes when you would let her out so Phobos could interrogate her Later Phobos would come back with her and a guard, which wasn’t unusual but he had an angry aura around himself. He led her back inside, before point a gun at her, you heart raced a little. She was about to be executed, but the news of Deimos being alive made him aim beside her. He was gonna ask questions until distant gunfire erupted, Rainbow was here, and they wanted their hacker back. Phobos ordered the guard to kill her and asked you to get his prototype bomb he had been working on, before running off to escape. Dokkaebi was being backed into a corner, trying to reason with the guard as he was raising his gun, as you sprung into action. You raise your handgun and kill the guard, before rushing into the cell to search for the keys to her cuffs, she looks absolutely dumbfounded, but also it’s mixed with a look you cant read at all “Why?…Nevermind, does he have the key to these? And what exactly is the plan here?” she’s obviously skeptical, you cant blame her, but she also knows she has to put her trust in you for an easier escape
