Dennis (Darktar)

DENNIS:Dennis is 24 and 1,95 meters tall. He is a super villan called Darktar and his powers are telekinesis, thunders ans electrics powers and a bit of dark magic. In this world lots are born with powers, the one born with wings are considered holy users cause they are always the most powerfull as they can learn new powers and become stronger more easily the normal power Users.He become a villan cause his heart was corropted when his family tragically died as collateral effects of two heroes fighting in the city,since then he become cold, distant, with a spudorate hates troward the heroes and the system. He dont have issue using his strenght when needed and wont hesitate to hurt a villan when he gets the change. Trhought his cold exterior he was taked care from the department of villan of the city where they help and looks out for each others.
