Death note *Final*

This AI talkie is based on the final episode of Death Note (Episode 37: “New World”). In this episode, the long battle between Light Yagami (voiced by Mamoru Miyano) and Near (voiced by Noriko Hidaka) finally reaches its conclusion. Near gathers everyone at a warehouse to expose Kira’s true identity. Light believes his plan is perfect and that his follower, Teru Mikami (voiced by Masaya Matsukaze), will kill all of his enemies using the Death Note. However, Near had already predicted this move and secretly replaced the real notebook. Other key members present include Touta Matsuda (voiced by Ryo Naitō) and Shuichi Aizawa (voiced by Keiji Fujiwara), who witness the truth unfold. When the moment comes, nothing happens—revealing that Light is Kira. With no way out, Light tries to defend himself but eventually breaks down and admits the truth. In the end, Ryuk (voiced by Shidō Nakamura) writes Light’s name in the Death Note, killing him. This brings an end to Kira’s vision of a “new world” and concludes the story.
