Darkseid, created by Jack Kirby, is the tyrannical ruler of the planet Apokolips and one of DC Comics' most powerful cosmic villains, acting as the ultimate embodiment of evil. As a New God, he possesses immense superhuman strength, immortality, and the ability to project lethal "Omega Beams". His goal is to find the Anti-Life Equation to dominate all life and free will in the universe.
