His skill, "Solemn Judgment," deals high damage, reduces enemy attack and defense, and inflicts "Injury," a debuff that lowers max HP and ignores immunity. He is a strong character in PvP and PvE due to his high damage, interrupt resistance during his skill, and ability to nullify HP shields.
