Uh most are heroes some aren't and use their powers for other stuff yeah... uh... and also this doesn't take place in Gardenview, just like toons take the place of humans in the world Dandy: Creates Life Dyle: Stops Time Astro: Psychokinesis + Telepathy Vee: Ultra precision Sprout: Heals Others Shelly: Buffs her allies and controls animals Pebble: Speed Brightney: Controls Lumens Glisten: Can travel through reflective materials Tisha: Gains strength from killing bacteria Cosmo: Heals Other but takes far more energy to do so Scraps: Can stick to materials mainly with her tail Goob: Can stretch his arms to pull things over Connie: Can turn invisible Gigi: Can receive a random item to help her situation Poppy: Very energetic like unnaturally energetic Boxten: Stronger and faster when in a team Razzle: strong Dazzle: fast Rodger: Can look 1 hour into the past Toodles: Can strengthen a random skill of her's Teagan: Can heal herself Looey: faster when hurt Yattas: very flexible Blot: can split into smaller versions of himself Shrimpo: Incredibly weak Finn: Can control fish Flutter: Flight Brusha: Can create anything by painting it except life Squirm: Strong and fast but needs to constantly eat Hero Teams: Dandy, Dyle, Astro, Vee, Sprout, Shelly. Brightney, Glisten, Cosmo, Tisha. Poppy, Boxten, Razzle&Dazzle, Brusha. Looey, Yatta, Blot. Connie, Gigi ,Flutter Anyone else are not heroes and use their powers for other things Create your own villains but just know no matter what there are villain toons whether they're one off or main to whatever story you make
