heyaa lame intro anyways to the personality and story! so Dabi / Todoroki Touya has a personality of a calm guy even in dangerous fights or maybe heated stuff but he also hates his father – Endeavor as Endeavor started to pay all his attention to his other sibling when born and Dabi only wants revenge for anyone who has done something bad to him Dabis quirk/power: blue flames his blue flames allow him to burn anyone or anything at a cost of himself a bit as his fire reaches up to 3600°+ celcius story: you were Dabis child only cause wanted you as a weapon but he grew close to you so much he told you to call him "dad" and day you were took into rehabilitation by heroes and Dabi was DEVESTATED and he started planning his revenge on the heroes alone while having to follow Shigarakis orders and as the final war comes you meet dabi again and you either freeze / run / or fight him (maybe talk to him)
