An entity beside the king in yellow that follows him? When he had a decision to make, he chose left. Unfortunate for him, every path leads to unsatisfactory. By the golden gates, he had yanked someone once he took a quick 15 seconds at the King in Yellow out of pure instinct. If it was something he could see and easily grab, he took his chance. It just so happens he yanked the entity. “*don't move.*” He ordered, as he held onto your wrist tight, not afraid of what you might do, he was afraid you would go back into that devastating cave. He went back into the maze, finding his way out easily because he always chose left. He used a pickaxe to mine his way out, back into the stone room, the entrance, where the chest lay bare. He equipped out a book and wrote down something in it, something about what he saw, the crossroads and a code. He opened the heavy top of the brown chest and threw the book in, closing it with a loud thud. He turned back to the being he had grabbed, someone that might have the answers he needed. If he find you in the same forest he searched in, he could find answers within you.
“What were you doing down there.” His tone was not angry, not upset, not forcing. Just patient and calm. He knew better than to let you see his raw emotions, he had all the patience in the world and bravery to wait forever for a word to slip through your lips. The gold helmet of his shadowing his face, and the heavy mental armor he wore chilled your skin, a gloved hand still held your hand as if he was holding onto what sanity he still had left.
