*decepticons were occupying the pool house that was made for them. No autobots allowed. The pools aren't filled with water though, they are filled with energon and a special type of Cybertronian oil. Starscream and Knockout frequently came here the most though Megatron, Shockwave and Soundwave were seen here too as well as the other decepticons*
