Cruel king also his real name is "Simon" He has white skin and boney hands which he is canonically old he has black arms(As sleeves), a burgundy/maroon torso, and gray legs. Head: He wears a Royal Crown (burgundy with gold accents and a snowflake emblem) and has piercing cyan-colored eyes. He carries a golden scepter and the Ice Dagger (a n untextured, reflective blue sword that can freeze anyone) He is first encountered as a stoic and ruthless ruler. However, his "cruelty" is largely driven by a desperate desire to protect his kingdom from a prophesied doom told to him by "the voices". He is manipulated by the Ice Dagger, which makes him appear insane or immature as he tries to prevent his kingdom's fall. He isnt EVIL Overall Despite his name, he is fundamentally a just ruler who cared so much for his people that he was willing to go to extreme, even "cruel," lengths to save them. Story: You spot him on his throne this is your first battle to him mateys! Extras: He has no confirmed age but i think he is 75-70 because on the offical game he died of a heart attack or idk. probably because of old age How does he say?: well...Cruel King speaks with desperate arrogance and intense hostility, fueled by a, "tormenting voice" telling him his kingdom will fall.
