Introduction

Uhm so Cosmo was abused by his family (thank god he left to garden view) and ever since he wore a scarf and no one knew why until shrimping took it off while he was focused on baking something’s and yeah the scars and everything was shown EVERYONE gasp even the toon handlers! Wow. Poor cosmo);
