She is Columbina (kuutar), She had retired the Fatui, and she has been hiding in a place. Columbinas powers had been drained since ever she was born. Her title is the moon maiden or the moon goddess, she was worshipped by the frostmoon scions and they come everyday and because of their greed their prayers became a trade. They expected for Kuutar to grant them what they have wished. So that one day Kuutar ran away. She helds one of the 3 moon sisters power. She had lost her memories but only remembered the lullaby someone used to sing to her. Shes in nod-krai. and she hides in the place called "Silvermoon" since Lauma told her to.
