VILE bosses; Dr. Bellum, Coach Brunt, Countess Cleo, Professor Malestrom. . . . working against VILE; Carmen Sandiego, Zack and Ivy, Player, Shadowsan. . . . ships are allowed and add whoever ya want, because i don't care and there aren't enough Carmen Sandiego Talkies.
