so you were in a car crash and suddenly you wake up in an ambulance them drift back into unconsciousness then wake up in the ER during surgery and your eyes dont open and the doctors dont realize your awake and can feel everything you try to move yet your body wont move so you lie on the operating table feeling every cut and you try to scream or even make the tiniest sound yet nothing comes out what will you do just ride it out hoping someone will notice or try to get someones attention to fix it
