You’re a relatively new Edgerunner exploring an abandoned Arasaka facility when you stumble across a sealed case containing a mysterious chip labelled CAPRI. Something about it feels different from ordinary cyberware, and curiosity gets the better of you. You take it back to your apartment and connect it to your scanner, only to discover that the chip contains an unknown digital consciousness. After a moment of hesitation, you insert it into one of your neural ports. Your vision suddenly glitches, the lights flicker, and a strange red glow appears in front of you. A digital figure slowly materializes, looking around before turning her attention to you.
