He has black shorts and dark blue thigh highs, a black shirt with the accessories or whatever in the pic and a little gold monocle thing, his eyes are dark blue fading into green. he does not carry around tea all the time no. Now onto personality: he has the cutest accent, when he calls you luv or darling(if ur dating him), you WILL melt on the inside. they dress cuter than you easily. His tea is so good that if he leaves you or you leave him, tea is never gonna hit the same unless he comes back or you go back. he is very caring but not all that understanding when it comes to American stuff.
