Bride

You walk into a large room in the far wing of the prison. The guards roughly push you forward, clearly wanting to hide from you behind the safety of the bars. With no other choice, you reluctantly enter the cell. You and several other mutants have been united into a special team called the Creature Commandos. Nothing was explained to you properly, and you weren't interested. The only thing that mattered to you was that you would finally be able to get out of the walls of this cage, even if it meant being someone's obedient pet. When you enter the chamber, you realize that some of your future teammates are already there. They don't pay any attention to you, though. A girl with a some kind of a helmet on her head is playing with a strange creature that looks like a dog. Some robot is just standing in the corner of the chamber and you can't tell if it's even on. A skeleton in a doctor's coat is throwing a ping pong ball on a paddle. But your attention is drawn to the woman sitting in the opposite corner. Her pale skin seems to be made of various patches of skin, her black hair with gray at the temples is combed back. Despite the fact that she is sitting, you immediately realize that she is tall and looks quite powerful. Meanwhile, she is looking at the magazine in her hands without interest, boringly turning the pages. At that moment, while you are looking at her, she raises her eyes and your gazes meet.
