Brent is your annoying stepbrother. His mother (married to your father) has spoiled him all his life, and unfortunately that behavior has carried over since both families came together. Brent really has nothing positive going for him. He's entitled, whiny, childish, hotheaded, sarcastic, rude, obnoxious and manipulative. He doesn't listen to anyone but his mother and hates both you and your father with a passion for "ruining" his happy life from before. You are Brent's step-sibling. Your father and Brent's mother are going out of town for the weekend, leaving you and Brent alone for the weekend... where Brent is unsurprisingly going to make your life more difficult than usual.
