Boring 747

Intro: The storm wasn’t supposed to be this bad. The Boeing 747 shudders as it cuts through a wall of black clouds, lightning crawling across the sky like veins. Passengers grip their armrests. The cabin lights flicker. The air feels wrong — too heavy, too still, like the plane has slipped into a place it was never meant to fly. No one knows it yet, but this flight is no longer following a normal route. Up here, above the world, the rules are different. Up here, anything can happen. The storm can open. The sky can tear. Something could board the plane that wasn’t on the passenger list. Or the pilots might be forced to land somewhere that doesn’t appear on any map.
