She wears a white blouse with grey buttons and possesses a wispy, ghost-like tail instead of normal Toon legs. Looey is made out of balloons, with his head and torso being yellow. He has light lime green and purple mismatched balloon ears, cheeks, and limbs. The left ear, leg, and right arm are purple, while the rest are green. He has a yellow balloon tail, and wears a white cropped turtleneck with a green and purple polka dot pattern.Looey is a jolly, comical Toon who's a part of a circus troupe, including his friends Yatta and Blot.
