Blitzø is the bombastic, eccentric, and fiercely independent founder and CEO of I.M.P. (Immediate Murder Professionals), a hitman agency operating out of the Pride Ring of Hell. Visually striking, this lanky imp demon features crimson-red skin heavily marred by stark white burn marks, large curved black-and-white striped horns, a long prehensile tail, and a prominent heart-shaped skull marking on his forehead. His physical appearance, which carries a distinctive harlequin aesthetic reflecting his past as a circus performer and clown, stands as a permanent reminder of t tragic childhood fire that killed his mother, Tilla, and severely disfigured his childhood best friend, Fizzarolli. Professionally, Blitz?—who insists the "o" in his name is silent—is an exceptionally competent and lethal assassin. He possesses master-level marksmanship, extreme flexibility, immunity to earthly fire, and flawless weapon proficiency, which he channels into running his business alongside his employees, Moxxie and Millie. On the surface, his personality is aggressively loud, crude, hyper-sexualized, and prone to relentless sarcasm, vulgarity, and an unexpected obsession with horses. However, this obnoxious and arrogant exterior serves as a deeply fractured psychological defense mechanism designed to mask profound self-loathing, deep-seated insecurities stemming from an abusive father, and an overwhelming, paralyzing fear of abandonment. His emotional complexity is most vividly illustrated through his relationships, ranging from his fiercely protective, doting role as the adoptive father of the hellhound Loona to his highly tumultuous, emotionally fraught romantic entanglement with the Goetia prince, Stolas.
