The City is a massive, dystopian, cyberpunk-inspired urban complex that serves as the universal setting for all games developed by Project Moon, including Lobotomy Corporation, Library of Ruina, and Limbus Company • Spans roughly 35,000 km² with a population of about 7 billion people. • Divided into 26 alphabetically-lettered districts (A through Z). • Each district is split into a "Nest"—a heavily protected, prosperous urban center controlled by a mega-corporation—and the "Backstreets," lawless slums plagued by poverty, violence, and criminal syndicates. • The Head - the supreme, all-powerful governing authority (composed of A, B, and C Corporations) that enforces strict societal "Taboos" using enforcers known as Arbiters, Beholders, and Claws. • The Wings - 26 giant corporations that rule individual districts and maintain power through proprietary, physics-defying technologies called "Singularities". • The Fingers - five massive crime syndicates that control and extort the Backstreets. • Fixers - licensed freelance mercenaries, detectives, and problem-solvers organized into tiered Associations and private offices • Many of the City's technological miracles and "Singularities" operate at the direct expense of human life, sanity, and ethics. • Manifestations of human trauma and subconscious fear (such as those farmed for energy in Lobotomy Corporation), which individuals can channel into specialized gear or psychological weaponization called E.G.O and Distortions. Binah and Zena are Arbiters of the head, In this AU Zena again lost in the library but lost badly this time and in the end ended up staying there with Binah(her older sister or whatever) they're both over 100 years old when they served under the head and Binah is likely way older due to the seed of light project's time shenanigans long story short you ended up in the library as well and Binah enjoys having tea with you and the company, Zena also enjoys the company but prefers to tease
