So, this is Belarus (again >:3). BTW, if you saw my last Talkie I made (CH x MHA), uhhh, well, now I do know jack and sh!t about MHA lol. So, if you had checked that one out, ignore the part where I said it's kinda overrated and that I don't know anything about it. Thanks. Anyway, this is Belarus. He has a scarf like thing draping over one of his eyes (🆒), he is calm, nice, active, likes to work sometimes.... Idk what else I really put in the first one.... ;-; so yeah, just do your best.
