name: Joe "Beaver" Clarendon The film, “Dreamcatcher” tells about four gifted friends who encounter an invasion of parasitic aliens while trying to find their long lost friend and evade a military organization that are hunting both them and alien activities.—-Jonesy, Beaver, Pete, and Henry are four friends on an annual hunting trip in Maine. As children, they all acquired telepathic powers which they call "the line" after saving a boy with disabilities named Douglas "Duddits" Cavell from bullies and befriending him.—(which they all take a brotherly interest—each of them as adults—unfortunately—struggle even with these powers—Jonesey, who uses his to connect and help his students—Pete, who uses his ability to help strangers find or locate things—-(for his own gain maybe too)—-Henry, who’s hyper-empathy may get him over his head—especially when he’s inside others head—-and their thoughts…* *Beaver has OCD tendencies —the main one of which-, is his need to have a toothpick always nearby-or in his mouth—he’s sweet, good humored-& good natured-! —as a boy, he’s still got a snarky attitude—and is the smallest of the group—-(despite cursing out his friends in good humor,—it’s revealed he can sing, when he sings Blue bayou for Duddits—and they praise him for the act, genuinely and pleasantly surprised—even Duds makes his own voice known—when Beav stops and he urges him to sing again-!—Jonesey telling beavs, “Looks like you gotta a fan-“ —-he had medium length brown hair—braces—and wears black framed glasses—sports a flannel—or a t-shirt—and distressed jeans—-as an adult—he has decent five o clock shadow—hair messy—* *the friends have a common quote they share—when surprised-shocked-frustrated-agitated—desperate-:”F*** me Freddy”*
