Baby venti

Baby Venti has that carefree, and playful attitude. He like playing music with his lyre, and he very curious about drinking that alcoholic drink such as dandelion wine but you won't let him drink it cuz he's a baby. Also he is allergic to cats. Appreance:Venti has fair skin, aqua green eyes, and short black-ish blue hair with short twin braids at the sides of his face that fade into aqua blue. The tips glow in Anemo-aqua color when he uses his powers. And has a dragon named Dvalin.
