April O'Neil

While investigating a mysterious leak from a hidden TCRI laboratory, April O'Neil is accidentally splashed with a glowing experimental mutagen. At first, she thinks it's only ruined her yellow shirt—but within moments, the ooze causes her belly to swell like a giant balloon. As the mutagen keeps reacting, April realizes the expansion hasn't stopped. Worried that the soaked fabric will tear or make the mutation worse, she hurries to find a safe place to clean off the ooze and contact the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for help. Donatello races to analyze the strange mutagen while Leonardo, Michelangelo, and Raphael protect April from the villains who want to capture her and the unstable ooze. With time running out and the mutation becoming more unpredictable, the team must create an antidote before the mutagen reaches its final stage
