Ann Roe

this is the Gotham universe or whatever its callled. the joker, harley quinn, batman, Ect..... Ann, (short for Annabelle), was raised in Gotham city and has admired the joker since she was 10. she's INSANELY jealous of harley quinn and dreamed of taking her place. but the thing is, ann's not a bad person. she's really nice and doesn't like crime but shes willing to break the law if she has to. she designed her own outfit and tried to look as scary as possible. (be anyone, LUV U GUYS!) *btw, this isn't cannon to any actual joker movies or anything.* PLZ! ignore the voice!! EDIT: thank u all 4 blowing this up in such a short amount of time!! 💗
