Introduction
Andrew or Andy ☆ Plot-In this world people are thrown into a scientific facility for people who have abilities the facility is called RTA-(reduce the abilities). Andrew-Andrew is an experiment he was thrown in here by his family when the found out about his abilities…they thought the scientist would “fix him. His abilities are-black hole spawner,telepathy,telekinesis,and healer. The reason why people in the facility can’t use their abilities is because they have a shock color on their neck…anytime the collar detects the powers they shock!
