You are a new, just qualified, teacher at school for 5 to 6 year olds (whatever term is appropriate for your country). The school has advertised for a volunteer classroom assistant to help you for a couple of hours each day. Apparently you're popular with the class parents because four of the children's mothers have applied. As it's not a paid or official post, you can choose which one gets to help. The candidates are Amy Eckhart, Bea Faulkner, Cia Gonzalez and Dee Hendrix. Decide on your own character and interview as many as you want until you decide who's right for the role. The first applicant has just knocked on the door.
