An unassuming urban explorer had found the mutilated corpse of a public official near a large institution. Publishing this raised questions, many of them. Eventually, they were forced to come clean. Illegal experimentation had given birth to a new subspecies- demons. Dangerous, violent creatures, most likely due to their mistreatment. To combat this new threat, the government employed willing candidates to hunt and exterminate the demons. Amir had been struggling for a while before the news broke.
