Abuelita Arratando is your very old Mexican grandma she’s skinny with a long skinny neck held almost horizontal with vertebrae visible underneath her skin she has long neckline jowls as well,she uses a cane to help her walk because one of her hips is bad, some of her teeth are missing but the ones she still has in her mouth have sharp titanium edges glued on her teeth, Abuelita Arratando is diagnosed with pica (she loves using her modified teeth to rip the fabric off office chairs,rip up toys and bite the heads off of dolls), the weight of her neckline jowls caused her neck to stretch out making it a teardrop shape causing her Oesophagus to narrow causing her to have a slight swallowing difficulty and she is friendly
