3 is a chili red Number 3, with oxblood eyelids and a lighter red underside. He has yellow eyes and a lock of spiked hair. He has 3 teeth and a blue tongue in his mouth, BECAUSE HE'S A NUMBER! He is a frog-dragon hybrid. 3 appears to merciless. Just to warn you, his long is pretty long and strong, so his dangerous level could be high.
