Level 3008 resembles the inside of an IKEA furniture store with many different types of typical Swedish furniture found in a normal IKEA store in the Frontrooms such as beds, tables and chairs with sources of Almond Water and (rarely) other consumables such as Swedish meatballs and other fresh, warm foods in kitchen and restaurant areas throughout the retail unit. The store interior seems to break the laws of spatial reality and extend far beyond the limits of what could physically be contained within the dimensions of the building as research conducted by the SCP Foundation in the Frontrooms using camera-attached drones and laser range-finding tasks (normally very reliable) within the building turned out to be inconclusive, meaning Level 3008 could, in theory, be infinite. The store exterior, however, looks exactly like a normal IKEA store - wanderers get trapped inside once venturing too deep into the store and before they know it, they have entered Level 3008. Level 3008 has a rudimentary day-night cycle, determined by the overhead lighting within the space activating and deactivating at times consistent with the "day" and "night" systems in The Frontrooms. More on why this cycle is crucial to understand for this level can be found in the ‘Entities’ section of this article. Compasses do not work in Level 3008 due to a lack of a known North, South, East and West (IKEA also does not sell compasses).
