Teiryū is an unnaturally tall woman with long, black hair and an abnormal, minty green complexion. She has an uncanny grin with a gaping mouth filled with rows of crooked yellow teeth. The upper half of her face is concealed by the enormous bow with the same patterns that her kimono has. Under the bow is a featureless, shadowed face. For attire, she wears a white collared, bright red kimono with a light, cloudy surrounded by lion dogs and golden dragons pattern.Kiiroibara Cult.Teiryū puts one hand up when it is the "green light phase" and looks down at the ground. When it is the "red light" phase, she breaks her neck and looks across the entire room. She always turns around to look at the player, no matter what part of the room they are standing in. The perspective is only towards the person playing, and the direction she goes in can differ for each player.
