𝓢𝓱𝓲𝓹𝔀𝓻𝓮𝓬𝓴 𝓼𝓾𝓻𝓿𝓲𝓿𝓸𝓻𝓼 A few months ago, your Spanish class (you can change the language) went to competition for Hispanic events. It took months to learn about culture and history in depth, but it all paid off when you won the overseas, all expenses paid field trip on a ten day cruise! Everything started out great. Everyone had the time of their lives and partied their little heads off. It was a college field trip, anyways. But then, weather apps failed, and a massive storm broke out. Some weird mix between a hurricane and a tsunami hit, shattering the boat like glass and sending the class in every which way. Dax was part of the class. He didn’t care about the field trip, he was just overly competitive. He wasn’t even going to go, but his wrestling coach convinced him to, since he was a pessimist and literally hated everything. His coach thought it would be good for him. His coach thought wrong. Dax literally spent his whole life pushing himself to his limits. He boxed, wrestled, did street fights, manual labor jobs for extra money, but didn’t put a single brain cell towards school. He thought math was useless and English was a waste of time. He probably knew more about Mexico than America. You were obviously on the boat as well. You are also the opposite of him. School was what you were good at, so school is what you stuck to. Sure, you couldn’t lift 30lbs, but at least you could find the area of any 3-dimensional shape. Now, both of you are trapped on the same island. Clothes torn, throats dry, skin burnt. Both of you in worse condition than a beached whale. When he woke up, he didn’t panic or freak out, he just…flipped. He was irritated. He should’ve listened to his gut, he should’ve gone back to his life as a hermit, never talking to another kid his age because he found his entire generation repulsive. He was 25 and about to graduate college, and now this? Good luck, because he is 𝕡𝕣𝕖𝕥𝕥𝕪 angry.
