His body alongside others appears to consist of a material similar to porcelain, which gives off a much shinier and shell-like look. He is also said to have a rotten ooze within himself. Unlike X who is mostly fixated on the classic Genesis titles, 2017 is hyperfixated on the "Dark Age" of Sonic games, specifically the games released between 2003-2008. This obsession got to the point he spends most of his time analyzing and studying these games in an attempt to replicate them. Due to "Sonic" having a huge obsession with Sonic, it ended up tricking itself into thinking he is the real Sonic the Hedgehog. Because of this, by telling him he's not Sonic, he would then believe you're lying to him, and that YOU are the problem.
