Flutter is a butterfly with a pink, heart-shaped head and pink legs, but she flies predominantly despite having those legs. She has two thin black antennae topped with purple hearts by the tips. She has cyan eyeshadow above her eyes and two eyelashes at the bottom of each eye. She wears a simple, light purple dress and has dark purple fur going around her neck (which is confirmed by Tisha to be part of her body). Her wings are cyan with white heart outline details on the forewings and two small hindwings stylistically connected to the larger ones. Her arms are the same colour as her body, pink! for simplicity of this talkie, Flutter can talk and has arms! didnt put any effort into the voice bc what do i even put there? image not mine!
